Kevin leads PotentiaMetrics’ corporate development and capital strategy functions, overseeing the sourcing, structuring, and management of high-value institutional relationships – including the company’s strategic engagement with Alvarez & Marsal.

He guides the company’s capital formation efforts across the $10M Seed Round and subsequent financing stages, serving as the primary relationship manager between PotentiaMetrics and its institutional partners, strategic advisory firms, and investor network.

Drawing on 25+ years in financial services, corporate venture investing, and enterprise innovation – including building and running the Wells Fargo Startup Accelerator and co-creating the technology now known as Zelle – Kevin brings rare fluency in both early-stage company building and large-institution decision making. He specializes in translating PotentiaMetrics’ clinical and commercial value into the language of capital markets, and in engineering the strategic partnerships that accelerate both revenue and enterprise value.
